Watch the powerpoint, and explain what each of the following things are on the spreadsheet:
- Letters at the top -tells you which letter column your on
- Numbers down the side -tells you which number column your on
- Cell reference -if u put the letter and the number together e.g. D3
- Active cell -is a blank cell and it is where you put the total amount.
